How long will it take to receive my personalized backpack?

Since each backpack is made to order just for your little one, please allow 2-4 business days for production. Standard shipping usually takes an additional 7-12 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships!

Can I return or exchange a personalized backpack?

Because our backpacks are customized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake with the spelling. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right!

What if I made a typo in the name after placing the order?

Please email us at service@nameandkin.com within 24 hours of placing your order! Since these are custom-made, once production begins, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

What material are the backpacks made of?

Our backpacks are crafted from premium, ultra-soft corduroy. Not only does it give the bags a beautiful, stylish vintage look, but it’s also incredibly lightweight and gentle on your little one's skin. Plus, all our materials are non-toxic and child-safe!

How should I clean and care for the corduroy backpack?

Corduroy is beautiful but needs a little extra love! To protect the velvety texture and the personalized name, we highly recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. If a deeper clean is needed, please gently hand wash in cold water and lay it flat to air dry. Please do not machine wash, bleach, or tumble dry, as this can damage the fabric's ribs and the custom design.
