Birthday Gift Backpack FAQs
Answers for this occasion, plus sizes, colors, personalization and delivery.
Is this backpack suitable as a child's birthday gift?
It can make a personal, useful gift when the bag's fit and capacity suit the child's routine. Ask a parent about the preferred color, size and name spelling before ordering.
Can I order it for a first birthday?
A first-birthday gift may be intended for a parent to carry or for use later. Check the bag's measurements and intended use with the family; the birthday occasion is not an age or fit guarantee.
Can it arrive before the birthday?
Check the current production and delivery estimate before placing your order. After ordering, you can contact us with the birthday date, delivery destination and order number for help reviewing the timing. An arrival date is not guaranteed simply by selecting a birthday listing.
What is included, and what sizes and prices are available?
Choose Small for US$31.99 or Large for US$36.99, according to the fit and space you need. A lunch bag is available separately, or you can choose a backpack and lunch bag set.
Which backpack colors can I choose?
This backpack is available in Blue, Pink, Khaki, Green, Gray and Yellow. Bag color and yarn lettering color are separate choices.
How do I personalize the backpack?
Select your bag options, open Personalize, choose a yarn color and enter the name exactly as you would like it to appear. Check the spelling before adding it to your cart. After ordering, you can contact us promptly with your order number about a special lettering request. We will check what is possible before production starts.
What material and lettering are used?
The bag is made from soft ribbed corduroy. The backpack name is formed with handcrafted raised yarn lettering, giving the letters a textured, three-dimensional appearance.
How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?
Standard shipping is US$4.50 per order. Order processing takes 2–4 business days before dispatch. Shipping time is additional; review the delivery estimate for your destination when ordering. Tracking is provided once the order is on its way. After placing your order, you can contact us with your order number and the date you need it for help reviewing the timing. Delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed.
What if I need to change a name or have a problem with my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order details. A change depends on whether production has started. Please review our returns and refunds policy for the terms that apply to personalized items.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. You can add a gift message at checkout. If sending the order directly to the recipient, check their delivery details and use your own email for order updates.
