Will a preschool folder fit inside?
A rigid 9 × 12 in folder is about 23 × 30.5 cm; Small's longest listed side is 30 cm. Choose Large if that folder or larger artwork needs to come home. The usable opening can be smaller than the listed bag dimensions, so send us your folder's exact measurements before ordering if fit is essential.
Should I choose the backpack or the backpack and lunch bag set?
Choose the backpack for daily belongings. The set adds a separate lunch bag if your child brings lunch or snacks. Check the preschool's food and storage arrangements first.
What is included, and what sizes and prices are available?
Choose Small for US$31.99 or Large for US$36.99, according to the fit and space you need. A lunch bag is available separately, or you can choose a backpack and lunch bag set.
Which backpack colors can I choose?
This backpack is available in Blue, Pink, Khaki, Green, Gray and Yellow. Bag color and yarn lettering color are separate choices.
How do I personalize the backpack?
Select your bag options, open Personalize, choose a yarn color and enter the name exactly as you would like it to appear. Check the spelling before adding it to your cart. After ordering, you can contact us promptly with your order number about a special lettering request. We will check what is possible before production starts.
What material and lettering are used?
The bag is made from soft ribbed corduroy. The backpack name is formed with handcrafted raised yarn lettering, giving the letters a textured, three-dimensional appearance.
How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?
Standard shipping is US$4.50 per order. Order processing takes 2–4 business days before dispatch. Shipping time is additional; review the delivery estimate for your destination when ordering. Tracking is provided once the order is on its way. After placing your order, you can contact us with your order number and the date you need it for help reviewing the timing. Delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed.
What if I need to change a name or have a problem with my order?
