How Points Work
YOUR POINTS, YOUR CURRENCY100 points = US$1.00
The same points redeem one unit of your checkout currency. No exchange-rate conversion applies to points.
- Earn: Sign in before checkout and earn up to 1% back in points on the amount you pay for your items after discounts and points. Points are calculated in the order currency and rounded down to whole points. Shipping, tax and fees do not earn points.
- When credited: Points become available when your paid order is marked Completed. New orders only; earlier orders are not credited retrospectively.
- Value: Every 100 points redeems 1 unit of your checkout currency, such as 1 US dollar, 1 Canadian dollar, 1 Australian dollar or 1 British pound. Your points balance and points-to-unit ratio stay the same when you change country or currency.
- Use: Enter points in your basket or at checkout. You can cover up to 20% of the merchandise total after other discounts, excluding tax, shipping and fees. The lower of your balance and the order limit applies. Points can be combined with the automatic additional-item offer.
- Example: If your items total US$100.00 after offers, points can cover up to US$20.00, depending on your available balance. Checkout shows the exact points required and saving before you place your order.
- Orders and refunds: Points are reserved when the order is placed. Failed or cancelled orders release them. Refunds return used points and reverse earned points in proportion to the refunded merchandise amount. A full refund reverses all points for that order. A reversal can make your balance negative if those points have already been used.
- Other terms: No cash value, transfers or automatic expiry. Points used on an order do not earn more points. Free-shipping eligibility is recalculated after discounts, including points.
